eSIM Planet provides digital SIM (eSIM) services that enable users to connect to mobile networks without the need for a physical SIM card. Our service is designed for travelers, remote workers, and international users who require flexible and instant connectivity.
Each eSIM plan includes a data allowance, a validity period, and network compatibility as stated in the product description.
2. Device Compatibility
Before placing your order, you must verify that your device:
- Supports eSIM technology
- Is unlocked (not restricted to a specific carrier)
eSIM Planet is not responsible for issues caused by device incompatibility or locked phones. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase.
3. Delivery & Activation
After purchase:
- You will receive a QR code (via email or your account dashboard) to scan and activate the eSIM.
- In most cases, activation occurs automatically once the eSIM connects to the appropriate network.
- Activation instructions are provided and should be followed exactly to ensure proper installation.
⚠️ Note: Most eSIMs can only be activated once and cannot be reused, reinstalled, or transferred to another device once deleted.
4. Data Usage & Coverage
- Each eSIM plan includes a specific data cap and validity period (e.g., 5GB for 15 days).
- Coverage depends on local network partners and may vary by location.
- Speed and performance are subject to local conditions, such as network congestion or signal strength.
- Tethering/hotspot may be supported depending on the specific plan and local carrier rules.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- The eSIM has not been activated or scanned, and
- There is a technical issue caused by our platform or supplier that prevents usage.
We cannot issue refunds once:
- The QR code has been scanned
- The eSIM has been installed or used
- The user provided incorrect or incompatible device information
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please contact us with a full explanation and screenshots if necessary.
6. User Responsibility
You agree to use the eSIM service lawfully and for personal or professional purposes only. You must not:
- Resell, share, or duplicate the eSIM
- Use the eSIM for illegal activities or spamming
- Attempt to modify or alter the eSIM profile
Violation of these terms may result in service suspension without warning.
7. Limitation of Liability
eSIM Planet is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from:
- Incorrect device usage or compatibility issues
- Network coverage fluctuations or outages
- User misconfiguration or accidental deletion of eSIM
- Third-party service interruptions (e.g., carrier outages)
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
